Rating 200 deg. C, 600 V.
Conductor 0.5 - 250 sq mm solid or stranded copper (tin, nickel or
silver coated). If tinned copper strands are used, they
shall be 0.0152 in diameter or larger.
Insulation Silicone rubber, Class 22.
Standard Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.
Instructions Same as for Type SF-2 Fixture Wire but omit Insulation
to UL Resistance Test, and Vertical Flame Test, if the optional
Representative braid is employed the Physical Properties Test is
omitted.
Spark Test.
Horizontal Flame Test.
Flexing Test except 2X mandrel and unaged only.
UL (4) Same as for Type SF-2 Fixture Wire; aging shall be
Counter-Check conducted annually, omit Vertical Flame Test, if the
Program optional braid is employed the Physical Properties Test
is omitted.
